Our neighbours, Cloudehill Gardens, are running a season of twilight theatre performances from December to February in their stunning grounds.

MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING

OZACT have performed Shakespeare at Cloudehill for many years. Last summer, we had sell-out audiences for a superb ‘THE TEMPEST’. This year, prepare for Victoria’s premier ‘en plein air’ Shakespearean Company’s ‘Much Ado About Nothing’, played out in the glorious surrounds of Cloudehill Gardens. Shakespeare was a master of comedy and this witty play is one of his best. A story of gossip, rumour and overhearing, Hero and Claudio use every trick in the book to get headstrong singletons Benedick and Beatrice to admit their love for each other and, of course, everything goes exactly according to plan. Well, almost!
