Lights, Camera Action
Take a product or a service, create a vision, write your script, have a professional camera man following you, choose props, models, lighting, and angles. Teams will get to experience all the thrill and drama of producing their own video.
Your team will need to think through the structure, format, content, execution and delivery of the activity in a clear innovative manner. A professional cameraman will be onsite, along with a full editing suite to produce the final version DVD. Also included will be sound equipment, lighting and appropriate technical equipment.
Teams will be briefed and will be required to follow a structured format for development that will include clear timeframes around
- Briefing, Instructions, tips and Q&A with teams
- Brainstorm Creative input and planning out the task, including project management, story board and the like
- Commercial Development
- Rehearsal
- Preparation for the live commercial
- Live take
- Debrief
Teams will be clearly briefed on expectations and some of the not negotiable of the activity. This ensures teams do not just produce a funniest home video of the day. Each team will be provided with a participants booklet which includes; a forward, aims, objectives, agenda, briefing notes, some team reading to provide some base for thoughts and ideas.
The outcome is a high quality powerful DVD which captures the key messages of what a team is trying to do over the next 12 months. This can then be used in many practical situations back in the work place to remind, train, induct or showcase the aims of the team for the year, in a creative and innovative manner.
