The venue is 46km from the Melbourne CBD and is well sign posted.
The most direct route to The Country Place is via Canterbury Road to Montrose. Turn right into Mt Dandenong Tourist Road and proceed to Olinda Creek Road, turning left.
DIRECTIONS FROM C.B.D.
- From Victoria Parade (Melways 43 K6) turn left into Hoddle Street
(Melways 43 D6) and proceed to start of Eastern Freeway (Melways 44 D3). Keep in left hand lane. - Travel along Eastern Freeway and EASTLINK to Canterbury Road and then exit to the left.
- Proceed along Canterbury Road to Montrose.
- At the roundabout in Montrose (Melways 52 C7) turn right and head along Mt Dandenong Tourist Road to Olinda Creek Road (on left at Melways 52 C7).
- The Country Place is 1.7 kms along Olinda Creek Road. (Melways 120 A11)
FROM TULLAMARINE AIRPORT
- Take city bound lane of Tullamarine Freeway (Melways 5 D6)
- Continue along the Tullamarine Freeway exit left at Flemington Road (Melbourne North to Eastern Freeway). Turn left at second set of lights onto Elliot Street (Melways 43 C1) proceeding near the Zoo and Cemetery (Cemetery Road West).
- This then changes into Princes Street/Alexandra Parade.
- Head directly onto Eastern Freeway. Travel along Eastern Freeway and EASTLINK to Canterbury Road and exit to the left.
- Proceed along Canterbury Road to Montrose.
- At the roundabout in Montrose (Melways 52 C7) turn right and head along Mt Dandenong Tourist Road to Olinda Creek Road
(on left at Melways 52 C7). - The Country Place is 1.7 kms along Olinda Creek Road. (Melways 120 A11)
FROM SCORESBY and SOUTH EASTERN SUBURBS
- Enter EASTLINK and head northbound to Canterbury Road and exit to the right.
- Proceed along Canterbury Road to Montrose.
- At the roundabout in Montrose (Melways 52 C7) turn right and head along Mt Dandenong Tourist Road to Olinda Creek Road
